If you are looking for a great tasting whey protein powder that works like a miracle and never gets old, look no further than this product. Gold Standard 100% Whey tastes and mixes better than any other protein powder I have tasted. I am currently using 3 different flavors of this delicious protein: Extreme Milk Chocolate, Banana Cream, and Cake Batter (Limited Edition flavor only available in 5 lbs.). They are all very tasteful. After trying the Milk Chocolate and Banana Cream flavors of this product and instantly becoming attached to them I was very curious to try out the newest flavor- Cake Batter. I wanted to sample it after learning that it was a limited edition flavor and only available in the 5 lbs. size but then I decided to purchase it anyways and it too matched up to my expectations. It seems as if there is no flavor of this product that you can go wrong with and this is the only supplement that I am willing to spend over 50 dollars on without worrying whether I will like it or not. With so many flavors available in this product you are guaranteed to find at least one that you will love, if not all of them!

Flavor Descriptions:
Extreme Milk Chocolate- Tastes exactly like the instant hot chocolate you buy from a grocery store and mix with water. Tastes very good mixed with water as well as milk. If you're afraid to try different flavors and just looking for a basic flavor then this one is for you!

Banana Cream- Maybe my favorite flavor of protein. Tastes exactly like Banana Pudding dessert. Probably one of the most delicious protein flavors to use when substituting protein shakes for meals as it will taste great combined with fruit.

Cake Batter- I haven't been able to come up with an exact comparison for the taste of this protein flavor yet. Some people say it tastes more like a sugar cookie batter than a cake batter but I personally think it tastes very similar to vanilla pudding. This protein is unlike the other Gold Standard 100% Whey flavors I have tried as it did not taste exactly as I had expected. With the other flavors you can almost guarantee that the flavor is going to taste exactly as the name identifies it. This flavor is an exception to that although still very tasty.

C4 Extreme is one of the best pre-workouts on the market. It provides unbelievable amounts of energy that will not only help you excel way beyond your workout expectations, but will also get you through the rest of the day energized and foused. My first few times taking the watermelon flavored C4 Extreme, I couldn't believe how delicious it tasted. It tasted exactly like the watermelon flavored jolly rancher candy. Now that I have been taking it for almost 3 months the taste has become a little "dull" so it is a good thing to keep more than one flavor on hand as the same flavor over and over each day becomes redundant over time. It usually takes 20-30 minutes after consuming C4 for it to kick in and when it does you feel somewhat of a "shock" that pulses through your body. Although the taste of the watermelon flavor may seem a little old to me, I am still convinced to stay with C4 and just give another flavor a try. Although your tolerance to the same taste over time may decrease, the energy and effectiveness of C4 always stays the same as it was in the beginning. The directions say that you may increase the serving size from 1 scoop to 2 scoops over time if needed but I have been taking this product for 3 months now and still never needed more than just 1 scoop. I highly recommend C4 to everyone out there looking for a great pre-workout! It is one of the few supplements on the market today that you must try and will never regret spending money on.

Purpose of this site:

First off, I will tell you the purpose of me making this site. I have been using supplements for quite a while now. I am an athlete and staying in shape is a requirement for me. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and opinions about products with you to make your shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable.

About Me:

I am a Senior college student in Charlotte, NC born in Gastonia, NC. I have held an occupation in retail for over 5 years now so I know that excellent customer service and competitive prices are the two main forces that drive a successful business. I am currently majoring in MIS and then pursuing my MBA in Sports Management and Marketing. I play baseball at my university as well as coach teams. I have had several personal fitness trainers ranging from professional competitive body builders to Major League Baseball players, coaches, and scouts. I have also spent a large portion of my life attending clinics where I got to train with some of the most well known athletes in the world.
